Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebSkoop website (webskoop.com) and any services provided by WebSkoop ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
Our Services
WebSkoop provides website design, development, SEO optimization, maintenance, and related digital agency services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals, statements of work, or service agreements signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or services at any time without prior notice, except where contractual obligations apply.
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project delivery.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- Supply content, assets, and access credentials you are authorized to share.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
- Ensure any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Payments & Billing
Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees as specified in your agreement.
All prices are quoted in the currency stated in your proposal and exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly included.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you as defined in your service agreement. WebSkoop retains ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, tools, templates, and general methodologies used in delivery.
We may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. You grant us a limited license to use project materials for this purpose.
Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees and timeline adjustments. We will communicate any impact before proceeding with out-of-scope work.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes from website projects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSkoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to WebSkoop for the specific project giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees owed for work completed up to the termination date. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you breach these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malware, scraping content without permission, or using our platform for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or integrate third-party services (hosting providers, analytics, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
